Airport Facility
- The Airport has a full Instrument Landing System (ILS) on both Runway 13 and 31 with remote controlled high intensity runway lighting.
- The 6,750 foot-long main runway is comparable to the Minneapolis and Duluth Airports.
- The Airport supports three 12-unit hangers with parallel taxi ways.
- The Airport is serviced by Northwest Airlink turbo prop flights.
- The Airport public parking can support 150 vehicles with no parking fee regardless if your stay is a few minutes or several days.

- There is a new aircraft maintenance facility at the airport, TNT Airworks LLC. They can be contacted at 218-263-4327.
Economic Development is designed into the Airport
- 150-acre parcel of land has been identified as the new Airport Industrial Park.
- A 10,000 square foot Arrowhead Aviation building with runway access is available for lease.
- Any business leasing a facility at the Airport property is exempt from property taxes under special state legislation called the Minnesota JOBZ program.
- A 2 inch gas line (50 PSI) was extended to the Airport in 1995.
- Minnesota Power supplies the site with a 25 KVA distribution line, the power could be stepped down to 480 / 277 volts as required.
- A 30,000 square foot aviation incubator building is planned for completion in summer 2006.
- Numerous incentives and grants are available to qualified businesses.
